Sporthorse Veterinary Specialists is an exclusively equine practice, focusing on sports medicine and lameness. Our caseload is primarily performance horses, namely eventers, showjumpers and dressage horses.

Sporthorse Veterinary Specialists was founded by Dr Kirsten Neil in 2008, with the aim of establishing a dedicated sports medicine and lameness practice. As a registered specialist in both equine medicine and equine sports medicine and rehabilitation, with additional certification with the International Society of Equine Locomotor Pathology, Dr Neil understands the demands of the performance horse.
